Kevin, Tallen, Marrisa and Carmen have found out something about the Dark Elves that is just so frightening, that it could have repercussions in the human world, nevermind the Magical world.

Now, they need to find out is really going on, and see if they can avert not only the deaths of those with Magic, as they are being drained of it using Silver Daggers with Dark Elf scripts on them, but free those who are not like those that are called Top-Siders. That’s where Li comes in.
